韩方大战“代笔”怎么说？

       春节期间，方舟子质疑韩寒之父代笔为子写作，与韩寒展开隔空“骂战”。1月29日，韩寒委托律师，就方舟子对其名誉造成损害事宜，在上海提起法律诉讼，索赔10万元。同时，韩寒整理了1000页手稿并进行司法鉴定，证明自己无“代笔作弊”行为。
